BZC is supporting the Aga Hall Estate as an integrated sustainability coordinator, working closely with architects, MEP and façade consultants, PMC, contractors, procurement teams, and the client to ensure sustainability is embedded consistently from design development through construction and procurement, rather than treated as a post-design certification exercise.
• 43% reduction in water use vs. IGBC baseline.
• 90% of construction materials to be regionally sourced.
• 21% less embodied energy in materials.
• 50% of parking equipped for EV charging.
•100% eco-certified wood to be used.
• Façade designed for 43 m/s wind loads (Category II hurricane resistance).
•15% reduction in solar heat gain via optimized orientation and shading.
•100% of tenant spaces to be installed with BEE 5 Star rated AC units.
