Sugat Residency

Enabled South Gujarat’s first IGBC Silver–rated affordable housing project by combining passive design, solar energy integration, and resource-efficient planning at a compact residential scale.

•100% of the non-roof area is covered with high SRI light grey paver blocks to reduce the heat island effect
•100% of on-site rainwater is harvested
•54% reduction in water consumption compared to IGBC baseline
•75% of construction waste is segregated and diverted from landfill
•>90% of the building materials is sourced locally (<400 km)
•34% recycled materials is used to reduce the usage of virgin materials
•75% of interior spaces have openable windows to facilitate adequate fresh air and cross ventilation
•42% of alternative building material is used to conserve natural resources
•8 kWp of solar roof top plant installed to completely offset the building common area load
