BZC supported this affordable housing project in achieving IGBC Gold certification through cost-effective sustainability strategies. The scope focused on rainwater harvesting, regional material sourcing, waste management, heat island mitigation, and energy-efficient design without compromising affordability.

• 95% of the exposed area is covered with china mosaic and high SRI materials
•75% of construction waste is segregated and diverted from landfill
• 100% of operational waste is segregated and diverted from landfill
• 95% of the building materials is sourced locally (<400 km)
•50% of the total parking spaces have electric charging facilities
